Welcome back as we start the Spring Session, and we hope everyone had a wonderful holiday break! This year is a milestone year for Gem City that marks our 20th anniversary!
Later this month, we’ll be announcing our 20th Anniversary T-Shirt Sale, so keep an eye out for details. We can’t wait to celebrate this special year with you.
A few quick reminders as classes begin this week:
- First half tuition payment (and membership fee if applicable) is due the first day of class. You must either pay this amount via your Parent Portal or via cash/check in our office; your credit card on file will NOT be charged automatically this week.
- Second half tuition is not due until March 1. However, if your second half of tuition is not paid by March 1, then a 15% late fee will be added and your card on file will then be charged at this time.
- We still have limited openings available, so if you forgot to enroll, it’s not too late.
- Preschool Playtime is back for the first time since Christmas break! It’s THIS Wednesday, January 7!
- Illness Policy: If your child did not attend school due to illness, we ask that you also refrain from attending class the same evening. Please also ensure they are fever-free (unmedicated) for 24 hours before returning to class.
Enrollment for the spring session is still happening, but availability is limited. Call or stop in and we’ll do our best to find a class that fits your schedule.

QDance opened up in our space this month. They’ll be launching a full slate of dance classes right here in our Gem Campus — everything from beginner to advanced levels.
Make an account in QDance’s system to explore their new dance and fitness class schedule. There’s no obligation to enroll after creating an account. Register or browse classes here.
See a class you love? You can enroll online. Classes begin January 5 at QDance!

Military Discount Reminder
All active military and veteran families receive a 100% discount on our $55 annual family registration fee. We’re honored to serve those who serve!
Next Good Grades Drawing
Our next Good Grades Drawing will be on February 28! Bring in a copy of your athlete’s report card to enter. We love celebrating achievements on and off the mat. The winner of the drawing gets to choose anything from the Pro Shop for free!
Preschool Playtime Continues
Bring your toddlers and preschoolers to burn energy, build coordination, and explore the gym in a safe, fun space.
Several parents use the time to meet with a friend while the kids play. PP is every Wednesday morning 9:30-11:30am, ages six and under, only $9 per child.
