Three High Point Awards Highlight Strong Day in Pana
On March 15, our tumbling team traveled to Pana, IL, for the Mat Madness competition. The meet featured a high point award at every level (given to the athlete with the highest score across all ages combined) and our team came home with hardware at three different levels.
Our tumblers earned high point honors in the ladies Sub-Advanced, Advanced, and Elite divisions, a sweep that reflects serious depth across our upper levels. Beyond those standout awards, the team collected seven first-place finishes and podium placements throughout the lineup. From Novice through Elite, our athletes showed the kind of consistent, focused work that carries over from practice to the competition floor.
The tumbling team is coached by Zeke Cernea, Anne Nash, Sydney Sherman, Lydia Schrand, and Josey Miller. Read more about the program here.
Congratulations to all of our tumblers on an outstanding day in Pana.
