Tumblers Cap Regular Season With High Point Award and Podium Sweep
Our tumbling team traveled to Rock Island, Illinois, on March 29 for the last regular season meet of the year, and they closed things out in style. The day’s standout story was our Advanced girls division earning the high point award behind a collectively dominant performance across all age groups.
The high point award combines every Advanced-division score at the competition — all ages, all flights — and ranks athletes from highest to lowest. Our team placed four of the top five overall: first, second, fourth, and fifth. That kind of depth across the division speaks to the consistency and preparation our Advanced girls have built throughout the season. It’s a fitting way to cap the regular season, and a strong signal heading into postseason competition.
Beyond the Advanced division, our tumblers competed well across every level. We brought home first-place finishes in Novice, Sub-Novice, and Advanced, along with a collection of podium finishes in Intermediate, Sub-Advanced, and Elite. Several athletes earned top-three results in competitive flights, and the overall team performance reflected steady growth from a long season of hard work.
