Fall weather is officially here and the holiday season is just around the corner! As we gear up for the rest of our fall session, we have a few things to remind you of.
A few important things to note:
- Evaluation week is the week of November 16. After class, each child will get a paper from their coach with a recommendation for which level is the best fit for the spring session.
- Spring enrollment begins Monday, November 30 at 3 pm, after Thanksgiving break. Please keep in mind that we will help families who come into the office in person first, and then we will take messages from those who call and call you back. Thank you for your patience! No payment is due until the first day of class and only half is due at that time! Full payment isn’t due until March 1.
- We are closed for Thanksgiving break Monday, November 23 through Sunday, November 29. We WILL be hosting Preschool Playtime on Wednesday, November 25 from 9:30-11:30 am ($9, children six and under only). We will also be hosting private parties and field trips over the break. Regular fall session classes resume Monday, November 30.
- Our Pro Shop has been restocked! After a BIG sale in October, we have restocked lots of colors and sizes for adults and youth. Grab some gear now and save it for Christmas!

Save the Date: Next Pizza Fun Night is December 4
The Pizza Fun Night will be on Friday, December 4, starting at 6:30pm. Open to ages 5 to 13. Members $25, Non-members $30. You must pre-register by Thursday, December 3 for the event by calling or stopping in at the Pro Shop. A signed waiver and full payment must be handed in by 8pm on 12/3.

Adult Gymnastics Is Here!
Adult gymnastics is now part of our fall class lineup once a month on Sunday evening!
Good Grades Quarterly Drawing — 2026-2027
FIRST QUARTER DRAWING: WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 18!
Even if your school uses trimesters, you are still eligible. This year’s drawing dates are: November 18, January 13, April 7, and June 16.
The Good Grades Quarterly Drawing is a program offered by Gem City Gymnastics & Tumbling to encourage our athletes to work hard in the classroom. For every A or equivalent earned, our athletes have the chance to win free Gem City merch of their choice from the Pro Shop for free! (Gem City merch does not include non-branded products or class tuition.)
Hard work in the classroom is just as important as hard work in the gym, and we are proud to offer this program to our athletes. We hope that it will help them to continue to strive for excellence in both areas.

Scheduled Break

Sickness Policy
If your child did not attend school due to illness, we ask that you also refrain from attending class the same evening. We also require that your child be fever free (unmedicated) before returning to class.
Preschool Playtime Continues for Fall
Bring your toddlers and preschoolers to burn energy, build coordination, and explore the gym in a safe, fun space. PP is every Wednesday morning 9:30-11:30 am, ages six and under, only $9 per child. We WILL be hosting Preschool Playtime over Thanksgiving break on Wednesday, November 25, 9:30-11:30 am.
