It’s hard to believe that 2021 is wrapping up! But we still have a few quick reminders for you before we all welcome in 2022.
Gem City’s Gymnastics Team kicked off its first meet of the season in Libertyville, Illinois at the 22nd Annual Ultimate Wish Gymnastics Classic. The Level 5 Team earned a 3rd place finish, the Level 3 Team earned 4th place, and some amazing individual performances.
The first winner of our Good Grades Quarterly Drawing for the 2021-2022 school year is Aria Miller! She’s a 3rd grader at Central Middle School.

Gem City’s Level 2 Senior All Star Cheer Squad started this season off strong in Springfield, IL! They earned a first place finish and a bid to Nationals, which will take place in Florida in April. The all star competitions are hosted by the United States All Star Federation.

Gem City’s Tumbling Team had their first competition of the 2021-2022 season today in Jacksonville, Illinois. Congratulations to all of our fantastic athletes. We are so proud.

Spooky season is one of our favorite times of the year! Our Halloween Open Gym will happen on Friday, October 29 and will include a costume contest. Even better is that the week of October 25th is Halloween theme week for all class kids. Let’s get festive and celebrate Halloween. We’ll even have a special treat for all the kiddos after class.
We are so thankful for the 15 years of business! The official anniversary was in August 2021 and we’re happy to be working on year 16 already!
