Both All Star Cheer Squads Qualify for Nationals

Both of Gem City’s Senior and Youth squads earned a bid to advance them to nationals after getting lucky enough to squeeze in a short season after the very trying year of 2020.

We are so thankful to have been able to compete in Missouri so that our squads could gain experience and not lose a season of experience. Our squads were both able to earn the qualifying score to advance to Nationals during their invitationals in St. Charles, MO earlier this season.

The 25 athletes on Gem City’s squads will travel to Kansas City, MO on April 24-25 to compete. This competition is hosted by the United States All Star Federation. The squad is coached by Hope Huff, Hayley LaGarce, and Ashley Schralla. See a full list of the squad members below.

Tryouts for Gem City’s All Star Squad will occur May 15, 2021. If your child is interested in trying out for the 2021-2022 squad, please email gemcitytumbling@gmail.com for information.  Find out more here.
