Tumblers Compete at Largest Ever USTA Nationals

Gem City is so proud of its 23 athletes competing at USTA Nationals with nearly 4,000 athletes from 136 teams in Springfield, Illinois, from June 18-24.

Athletes on the tumbling team competed in up to six invitational meets this season. They practice 1-3 times per week for two hours each practice. They are coached by Zeke Cernea, Sydney Sherman, Anne Nash, and Lydia Schrand. Read more about the Gem City’s tumbling team here.
