🟢 Memos for January

Martin Luther King Jr. Day: We Are Open

Gem City will be holding classes and team practices on Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday, January 15.

First Half of Spring Tuition is Due

Half of spring session tuition is due the first week of class unless you attend a trial class the first week, which then the first payment will be due the second week of class. ALSO, registration forms MUST be handed into the office BEFORE you attend your first class. 

Next Quarterly Good Grades Drawing

The Quarterly Good Grades Drawing for the 2nd quarter of the school year will be January 24. Call or stop in the office with your report card to enter!!

The winner of the drawing will be featured on our blog and will receive any one piece of merchandise from the pro shop for free!

Valentine’s Day Pizza Fun Night: February 9

Our Valentine’s Day Pizza Fun Night is scheduled for Friday, February 9 from 6:30 to 9:30 pm, and you must pre-register by Thursday, February 8. Ages 4-12. Members $20, nonmembers $25.

🎨 Face painting will be available for an extra $10!

Presidents’ Day Open Gym: February 19

We’ll hold a special Presidents’ Day Open Gym on Monday, February 19 from 9 to 11 am, and you must pre-register by Friday, February 16. Ages 5-12. Members $15, nonmembers $18. This open gym will be limited to a smaller capacity than usual events, so pre-register now!


🥣 Souper Bowl of Caring to Tackle Hunger

Look for the bin in our lobby to drop off donations during the first month of classes

We are teaming up with Quincy Catholic Charities again this year for the Souper Bowl of Caring to tackle hunger!  We will have a bin in our lobby from January 2 – February 6. Please consider donating a nonperishable or canned food item! Quincy Catholic Charities operates a traditional food pantry in Quincy and also serves Adams, Pike, and Brown counties through their Mobile Food Pantry. They served a collective total of nearly 16,000 people last year alone!
